Building Structure

Earthquake resistant design with RCC framed structure and deep pile foundation socketed into hard rock.  Walls made with concrete solid blocks and semi wirecut bricks

Lobby

Air-conditioned furnished lobby matching with the aesthetics of the building

Flooring

Ground floor lobby and entrance will be finished with Italian marble and combination of granite inlay work.  All other areas will be top quality 2' x 2' vitrified tiles

Doors

Front doors of all apartments will be of solid teakwood frame and panels.  All other doors with a quality hard wood frames and mounded shutters

Bathrooms

With cladding up to a height of 210 cm, with top quality glazed tiles.  Flooring with anti-skid joint free ceramic tiles. Granite countertop with down side and overhead cabinets will be provided.  In addition, the kitchen will contain an electric hob, electric chimney, stainless steel sink, water purifier, mini refrigerator, microwave oven, automatic electric kettle and cutlery as per company’s specification.

Water supply

Drinking water supply from Water Authority and ground water with treatment plant for all other purposes.

Electricity

Concealed copper wiring with plated switches and individual distribution board.  Fans for bedrooms and living/dining room, all light fittings as per company’s specifications will be provided.  Apart from the above, split AC for bedrooms and living room are also part of the standard fittings.

Generator

Standby generator with capacity for light and fan points in the apartments and common area, lifts water pumps and firefighting equipment.
